Alain Perodin

I am Dr. Alain Perodin, from Haiti. I am at the University of Bradford to complete a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), with a specialization in Leadership and Management.

I obtained my medical degree from the State Medical School in Haiti. I have training in Health System Management and Health Economics. I am fluent in French, Haitian Creole, English and Spanish.

Before coming to the University of Bradford, I was working as a Consultant in Health Systems Strengthening. I also worked as a General Practitioner in community clinics.

During my degree I look forward to acquiring strong knowledge in Public Health, to learning from the UK Health system and finally to expanding my professional networks. This MPH will allow me to become a Public Health Specialist working on improving access to health in vulnerable communities.
