Dr Nicholas Snowden has over 25 years of experience as a senior lecturer, management trainer, and business consultant, and as MBA Director at Hull University Business School, successfully navigated two AMBA accreditations.

Having started working life as an entrepreneur, he progressed to sharing his time between his business interests and education, teaching in several local universities and colleges, and in a range of contexts. He has worked with a wide range of organisations in the public and private sector, providing leadership and management development for senior leaders across the North of England.

His research interests are in the fields of organisational storytelling, solving ‘wicked’ problems, and whistleblowing in healthcare.

Donia Waseem’s primary research interests are in the areas of service marketing.

Specifically, the research explores the role of employee competence and motivation in value co-creation in an organisational context.

For future research, she is interested to look at the role of technology in value co-creation.

Her research work has been published in Industrial Marketing Management, and her work is presented at Naples Forum on Service, Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy Conference (ANZMAC), International Colloquium on Relationship Marketing, and IMP-Conference.

Dr Smit hails from South Africa, where she has been teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate modules on Sustainable Development and Green Economy at Stellenbosch University.

She has also worked as a senior research manager, policy advisor and project co-ordinator on a number of projects across Africa.

She holds a Doctorate in Public Management and Development Planning, a Master's and Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration, and a National Diploma in Public Relations Management.

Her interests and expertise relate to sustainable development, systems thinking, renewable energy, resource use, green/circular economy, gendered aspects of growth and development, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable and ‘just’ cities.

Tatjana works as an area manager for Unite Students and is studying our Distance Learning MBA.

Fahim is the Chief Internal Auditor for the Aga Khan Foundation (AKDN) and is studying our Executive MBA in Dubai.

Shabeel and Farzanah are studying our Distance Learning MBA in Mauritius.

Diego works as a senior manager at Citrix Systems Inc. in Italy and is studying our Distance Learning MBA.
