Legal and Governance

The Legal and Governance Team are headed by the University Secretary who reports to the Vice Chancellor and are managed on a day to day basis by the Deputy Secretary.

They form part of the Professional Services function of the University. The team has three roles:

legal services,
governance – including Council, Senate and committee related services
risk and compliance -including GDPR/data protection and freedom of information
